Process for booking

Before confirming a boarding reservation, I ask that you bring your dog in for an initial visit where they stay with us for one hour. This helps us get to know your dog and see how comfortable they feel in our environment.

If the visit goes well, we proceed with a trial boarding stay. However, if your dog appears nervous, stressed, or unsettled, I may recommend an additional visit and/or a half-day day care session to help them become more familiar with us at their own pace.

The trial board is priced the same as a regular boarding stay, and the same hours apply. If the initial visit, any additional sessions, and the trial boarding go smoothly, we’ll be happy to move forward with a full boarding booking.
